Gormiti is an animated television series that combines Italian and Spanish talent, the result of the collaboration between Giochi Preziosi, Planeta Junior and the Spanish animation studio Kotoc. Made in computer graphics, the series is aimed mainly at a children's audience and offers a total of 79 episodes, each lasting 11 minutes, distributed over three seasons. The debut of the series took place with great anticipation, with the first 5 episodes which were previewed on 21 September 2018 on RaiPlay, followed by the official debut on Rai Gulp on 1 October of the same year. Subsequently, starting from episode 40, Rai Yoyo took over the broadcast of the new episodes, with the exception of one broadcast on Rai Gulp a few hours before the programming on Rai Yoyo. The series also had international diffusion, with the channel Spanish Clan which broadcast the unedited episodes from 73 to 79 starting from June 2021. Furthermore, starting from 18 July 2021, Rai Gulp and Rai Yoyo have broadcast the unedited episodes previously broadcast on the Spanish channel Clan. An interesting curiosity concerns the fact that episodes 75 to 79 were made available on Netflix a few days before the first-run television broadcast. On 20 July 2021, however, Rai Yoyo interrupted programming at the 78th episode, leaving the 79th unreleased. The conclusion of the series took place on 7 October 2021 on the official YouTube channel, with the airing of episode 79. This closed the chapter of the series, which has entertained and fascinated numerous viewers with its thrilling adventures and engaging characters.
